The good idea
Be the centre of growth. The project benefited from a location adjacent to the highly successful and known Thornhill Park Estate, with the proposed new train station and the future Thornhill Park town centre both within walking distance.
The great work
Sense leveraged the location to position the development as being at the centre of Melbourne’s western growth corridor. The name Key West and positioning ‘Unlock your lifestyle’ were not only memorable, they directly referenced the key location.
A solid brand narrative applied with unwavering consistency worked brilliantly.
