The good idea
Appeal to buyers with a human voice. Donnybrook is in Melbourne’s northern growth corridor, where a multitude of development projects are competing for buyers’ attention. The idea with Matilda was to leverage the name to imbue the project with attractive human characteristics that were also distinctly Australian.
The great work
Matilda’s assets, including large expanses of connected open spaces bordering a vast conservation area containing – and surrounded by – 200-year-old River Red Gums, were presented in a way that was approachable, relatable, and captivating.
Matilda is a natural beauty with a personality that commands attention.
